Anthony J. DiRaimondo is a Partner at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP. Mr. DiRaimondo focuses his practice on complex litigation matters and represents a broad range of clients, including real estate developers, contractors, resort/casinos, gaming device manufacturers, financial institutions, and individuals. While his litigation practice is mainly concentrated in the state and federal courts within Nevada, Mr. DiRaimondo has also advocated for clients in a wide range of other forums, including before the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Mr. DiRaimondo also regularly represents clients in arbitration and mediation and serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. DiRaimondo was previously named by Nevada Business Magazine as one of the “50 Best Up and Coming Attorneys.” Mr. DiRaimondo was also recognized in Nevada Business Magazine as one of “Southern Nevada’s Top Attorneys.” Mr. DiRaimondo has also received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. DiRaimondo began his legal career as a law clerk to United States District Judge James C. Mahan. Before joining Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP in 2012, Mr. DiRaimondo was an attorney at the law firms of Jones Vargas (2008-2010) and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP (2010-2012).
Mr. DiRaimondo graduated with honors from Cornell University in 2004 and received his Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2007. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal and was a recipient of a Dean’s Award for Excellence.
