David A. Carroll is a Partner at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, practicing in the area of complex civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Carroll practices regularly in both state and federal court where he represents a range of clients, including commercial and residential real estate developers, resort/casinos, public and private corporations and financial institutions. Mr. Carroll is an experienced trial attorney with significant experience before various alternative dispute resolution forums.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Carroll was a Shareholder at the Las Vegas law firm of Jones Vargas. Prior to joining Jones Vargas, he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Michael A. Cherry of the Eighth Judicial District.
Mr. Carroll served as an Executive Committee member of the Litigation Section of the Nevada State Bar. He has served as a Member of the Commercial Leasing Subcommittee for the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Nevada. He frequently speaks and lectures on landlord tenant legal topics for clients and professional groups. He is the Nevada Chair of the Bowdoin Alumni Schools and Interviewing Committee.
Mr. Carroll holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Carroll has been named as Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite Nevada Top Attorney, and a Mountain State Super Lawyer.
