Hailey Nicklin

Hailey Nicklin is an Associate at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP practicing in the firm’s corporate and mergers and acquisitions group. Her legal experience includes representing clients in the formation and organization of limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, and consulting on business restructuring and employment agreements.

Prior to joining Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, Hailey was an attorney at a boutique Las Vegas law firm where she practiced business planning, estate planning, and trust administration.

Hailey received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Indiana University. Hailey also received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and concentration in Business and Commercial Law from the William S. Boyd School of Law, along with a dual Master of Business Administration from the Lee School of Business. While in law school, she served as a student attorney in the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic for Education Advocacy and received a CALI Award for earning the highest grade in Transactional Drafting.
